Tá Lam (99Records 1993)
Gebhard Ullmann released his fist Solo recording (then overdubbing up to 16 woodwinds) on 99Records in Berlin 1993. This CD received outstanding reviews and led into the Tá Lam Project which toured and recorded for 24 years until 2014.
Along with the beautiful artwok, a digipack that unfolds 4 times, a poem by Bob Moses and liner notes by Dave Liebman it soon became a collector's item.
In 2017 Gebhard Ullmann began performing Solo - this time sometimes by means of sampling and looping multiplying himself.
He also started to perform completely Solo using his woodwinds - or on tenor sax or bass clarinet alone.
This is an ongoing process that is planned to lead into a new release after 30+ years.
